How We Operate
At Ginkgo International Corporation (GIC), our operations are meticulously structured to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The process begins with customer management and purchasing, where we receive a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from our clients. Our Ginkgo sales team, in collaboration with our China office, estimates and sources the required parts. Upon sourcing decisions, our manufacturing partners in China commence production, adhering to rigorous project management and quality assurance standards monitored by our US engineering team. The manufactured parts are then packaged and exported via sea freight to our US-based warehouse in Michigan. Our Ginkgo customer service team coordinates the release and shipping of parts, ensuring just-in-time delivery to our clients. This streamlined process, from sourcing to delivery, exemplifies our commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional service.
